Bordeaux

Bordeaux is the operational headquarters of Kronos Engineering, run by engineers who have practised special processes since 2009. Our 9 rue de Condé site houses the integrated workshop (shot peening, shot blasting, HFMI), the process engineering office, the quality function — traceability compliant with the prime contractor's AMS 2430 / AC7117 requirements — and the 24/7 AOG hotline. Nouvelle-Aquitaine is covered from our Bordeaux base, and our teams regularly operate on the Bordeaux and Landes aerospace cluster.

The Bordeaux area is home to one of the densest aerospace and defense clusters in France, with prime contractors such as Dassault Aviation in Mérignac, ArianeGroup in Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, Safran Helicopter Engines in Bordes, Thales Avionics in Le Haillan or Airbus Atlantic in Rochefort.

Kronos Engineering covers this cluster from its Bordeaux headquarters, with short logistics and contained lead times for series-treated parts.

Our trainers travel to Bordeaux to train your teams on your own site: initial and refresh NADCAP training, shot peening operator training (SAE J443 Almen intensity, SAE J2277 coverage), flapper peening, cold working and audit preparation.

Sessions run on your parts and with your production equipment — your operators are trained in real working conditions, not in a classroom. The programme is aligned with your customer's standard, in English or French.

From our Bordeaux operational site at 9 rue de Condé, Bordeaux is accessible by road within the day with full tooling. AOG hotline +33 7 69 51 61 26: team and tooling mobilization within 4 to 6h in metropolitan France. Series production shipped by express carrier or standard pallet freight depending on volumes.
