Phoenix is an industrial hub identified by Kronos Engineering for the following sectors: Aerospace · Defense. Local fabric includes in particular Honeywell Aerospace Phoenix, Boeing Mesa, Raytheon Tucson. We operate on-site delivering shot peening, cold working, flapper peening, HFMI and needle peening, with mobilization from Bordeaux and portable tooling logistics.

Our teams adapt the intervention scope to customer specifications: series production, MRO, 24/7 AOG, shipyard, or technical support. Technical framework: NADCAP Surface Enhancement, EN 9100 / AS9100, PART-145 — direct or as subcontractor to approved organisations.

Our trainers travel to Phoenix to train your teams on your own site: initial and refresh NADCAP training, shot peening operator training (SAE J443 Almen intensity, SAE J2277 coverage), flapper peening, cold working and audit preparation.

Sessions run on your parts and with your production equipment — your operators are trained in real working conditions, not in a classroom. The programme is aligned with your customer's standard, in English or French.
